Rachel's hits the road at the end of October to play shows in a bunch of new cities. We're excited that the band is going to into uncharted territory: Austin, Tucson, San Diego, Sacramento, Eugene, Vancouver, Salt Lake City, Denver, Aspen, Omaha, and Des Moines. And they'll return to more familiar places in between - L.A., San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, and Louisville.
Traveling with Rachel's will be the New York string quartet Invert. This fabulous group opened a number of shows for them in the spring, and now they are united again for these dates. You can find a lot more information about them and songs to listen to on their web site: www.invert.org
With four additional string players in the van, Rachel's will be able to play a couple of songs that wouldn't usually be possible. We've been told that Cypress Branches, Voyage of Camille and several other tunes that have never been played live outside of the studio will be heard on this tour.
