Emusic.com recognizes Supersystem on new IFC music program

Emusic.com and the Independent Film Channel (IFC) hatched a bit of an independent culture lovechild in October when they launched the new 10-minute cable program entitled “Emusic Dozens: The IFC Soundtrack.” The first episode aired on Monday, October 30 and featured artists such as the Hold Steady, Spoon, Beirut and Konono No. 1. Its follow-up, “A World of Sound,” debuts on Wednesday, December 6 and boasts another promising lineup of Emusic favorites including a segment on Supersystem.
