Calexico to play 2009 Coachella Festival

It’s impossible not to make weather references when Touch and Go/Quarterstick HQ is holed up in wind chill-y Chicago and one of our bands, Calexico, has just been announced to be playing at the 2009 Coachella Festival in warm and sunny Indio, CA! In further enviable circumstances, Calexico will take the stage on the festival’s second day, Saturday, April 18, which has a schedule boasting the likes of Band of Horses, Fleet Foxes, and Mastodon.
