Silverfish members Chris Powforth, Stuart Watson, and Andrew “Fuzz” Duprey met singer Lesley Rankine after she got thrown out of a London rock show for starting a fight. With anthemic choruses like “hips tits lips power!” Lesley was a forerunner to the aggressive female rockers of the early 90s. Touch and Go released a collection of their early EPs Cockeye and their debut full-length later than year, Fat Axl. After releasing another album on Sony, Silverfish broke up.
