Where can you buy an album on touchandgorecords.com?
To buy a digital album, go to the artist's page, click on an album and then click the "purchase" tab. To buy a physical copy of certain newer releases, please go to store.touchandgorecords.com
What type of sound file am I buying? Are they DRM-free?
Older MP3's are 256k, and newer releases are 320k. They are DRM-free and were created by a LAME MP3 encoder. Although the audio is DRM-free, it is protected by all applicable copyright laws.
Do I get the cover art?
Each full-album download includes a .jpg of the album's cover art.
What is this .zip file that I've downloaded as my purchase?
Full albums and individual tracks are packaged for you to download in the .zip format. This allows you to download multiple MP3's as one file. Windows computers provide .zip software which allows you to right-click on a .zip file and "Extract all". If you are on an older version of Windows and don't have a zip program like Winzip installed, you can try the free utility "7Zip" here: http://www.7-zip.org/. On a Mac the "Stuffit" or "MacZIP" utilities should be available and will extract .zip files.
Some of the songs or releases I want to download don't have "buy" tab next to them. Why?
Some releases are not available for purchase. Some will be available in the future but some of them will not be made available. Some releases are available as a full album but not individual tracks.
I tried to buy a song or album but when I went to check out, it was removed
from my purchase list. Why?
Some releases are only available in certain territories. The purchase page for each release will explain any territory restrictions. If you add a track to your cart that is not available in your territory, it will be removed at check out automatically.
Do you save my credit card information?
We do not save your credit card information.
I dropped my computer and lost all of the music I bought. Can I download it all again for free?
Please back up your purchases. Once you have successfully downloaded a purchase from touchandgorecords.com we are not responsible if you delete it, your hard drive or computer malfunctions, etc.
Something is wrong with the MP3's I bought, what do I do?

What web browser works best with the digital store?
The store works best with the current version of the Firefox web browser.
Can I return something or get a refund?
All sales are final. Please make sure what you have added to your order is correct before you complete the transaction. No refunds.
How come the link I received in my email will not work?
Some email clients, when displaying a very large link, will break the link into multiple lines and damage it. If thish happens, copy the link out of the confirmation email and paste it directly into your web browser.
