New CocoRosie single available May 13!

Listen up, kids, it’s official announcement time. CocoRosie will soon release a single/video/7" picture disc, but first there are a couple of details to explain. So here goes.

On May 12 in Europe and May 13 in the United States, CocoRosie will DIGITALLY release a new, fresh-from-the-studio single titled "God Has a Voice, She Speaks Through Me." You’ll be able to purchase that through the Touch and Go site or your favorite digital retailer. Click here for details.



On the PHYSICAL side of things, July 8 will mark the release of a special limited-edition 7" picture disc that will feature the single of "God Has a Voice, She Speaks Through Me" and two sides of art created by the band for this special release. Preorder information will be available on our website soon.

In addition to the single and 7" picture disc there will be an accompanying music video, which was directed by Eliza Douglas and Bradley Benedetti in collaboration with CocoRosie and Emma Freeman. As a proper introduction, Mad Vicky's Tea Gallery in Paris will be hosting a video premiere party on May 9. More info on the event can be found at the gallery website.

And finally, on April 29, CocoRosie performed an amazing concert with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Because we know you love videos so much, we thought we’d let you know that the stunning performance can be viewed starting tomorrow (May 6) at the following link.
