Volcano Suns

The Volcano Suns came to Quarterstick in 1991 for their final release. They had begun in 1983 with former Mission of Burma drummer Peter Prescott and underwent a major personnel change before they recorded this album. Bob Weston (Shellac), Chuck Hahn and David Kleiler played on 1991’s Career in Rock. They had taken over for Jon Williams and Jeff Weigand who appeared on the Suns’ earlier releases. The band parted ways in 1991.
